He told them "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."

CTK & Church Planting in the USA

Since 2015 Christ the King has been involved in multiplying churches and disciples by helping to start new congregations.  This planting network is called: Harvest Partnership. The Harvest Partnership invests Spiritual, Relational, Intellectual, Physical and Financial capital to multiply churches and disciples. What began with two “sending” churches, now includes 10 churches (sending and new plants).  Originally focused on the northeast portion of the Grand Parkway, the partnership now includes churches throughout the Houston region, the Austin area, and one church in Missouri.

CTK & Church Planting — Globally

Christ the King, has been privileged to connect with ICM, a ministry which globally supports indigenous churches.  Through ICM, Christ the King has supported 30 church building and multiplication projects in developing countries.  The latest 6 of those projects are with the Lutheran church in Ethiopia.  For approximately $12,000 per project Christ the King has funded the construction of a permanent building and provided resources for the multiplication of disciples and churches.  Currently, Christ the King is inviting Lutheran churches and leaders in the USA to join in filling the need for 3,000 permanent church buildings for individual Lutheran congregations in Ethiopia.
